The Ajrak fabric is block-printed in Bhit Shah, Sindh, by master male artisans using hand-carved wooden blocks, natural resists, and vegetable dyes. This slow, multi-stage process gives Ajrak its signature deep indigo, madder reds, and timeless geometric patterns.

The printed Ajrak is then transformed into a butter-soft dulai quilt in Pakpattan, Punjab, where skilled rural women artisans hand-stitch each piece from start to finish. Every dulai is one of a kind, filled with pure, hand-fluffed raw cotton and layered by hand, ensuring breathability, warmth, and natural comfort. No two quilts are ever the same — each carries the personal rhythm of the woman who stitched it.
